FAQ

  1. Can I ship my vehicle if it is in-operable?
Yes. Let us know that the vehicle is inoperable, when you place your order, and
your agent will send a truck that is
    equipped for hauling in-operable
    vehicles.
  2. Can I put additional items in the vehicle?
    The Department of Transportation does
not allow any items to be shipped in a
vehicle on an auto carrier. The driver is
subject to random searches, and extra
items can put the carrier over their
    weight restrictions.
  3. How can I track my vehicle?
Communication is the key for providing
an excellent service. You can call the
main number anytime to track your
vehicle, and your agent will also provide
you with a personal cell number.
  4. How do you figure the price to ship my
    vehicle?
The price is determined by mileage,
vehicle size and weight, pick-up and
    drop-off locations and any special
    requirements needed for transport.
  5. What if the truck cannot get to my
    location?
Auto Carriers are large semi-trucks that
may not be able to access some
    residential neighborhoods. Some city
laws do not allow these trucks to be in
certain areas. If the truck cannot provide
front door service, the driver will get as
close as possible and your agent will
schedule a more convenient location and
    time.
